Bird boy committed!

A boy who was raised by birds in Russia has been taken into care.

He will apparently only communicate by chirping and flaps his arms like wings when he becomes agitated. His mum never spoke to him, so he picked up bird lingo instead.

Authorities claim that the boy is suffering from Mowgli syndrome, after the Jungle book character who is raised by wolves in the jungle.

A social worker said: “Talk to him and he chirps”.
